If you have not already booked your place, we can negotiate with the exhibition organisers to get the best rates available and make a booking on your behalf. We can then provide a full stand design and build service if required.
Display graphic design and production
We can provide a full design and production service for your large format exhibition graphics, whether they need to be printed onto simple paper, mounted on foamex board or produced on special material for backlighting. The highest quality prints can be obtained at an affordable price.
Literature design and print
Every successful exhibition stand should have appropriate product literature for the stand visitors and we can design and produce any type of leaflet or brochure at a very competitive rate. Please see our Printing and Design page for further details.
Exhibition press packs
For companies taking part in major exhibitions, it is of paramount importance to take full advantage of the FREE PUBLICITY potential offered by the editorial columns of the trade press in both the pre-event preview and post-event reviews that take place. We can prepare and distribute a press release on your show activities to appropriate trade journals (both UK and overseas) covering up to 100 media contacts. We then prepare a further 2 individual press releases covering specific products or company activities which are subject to a general trade press circulation of up to 100 journals either before or after the exhibition. 50 copies of the above three press releases, together with specially printed ‘press pack’ coverboards are then printed, collated and bound together for circulation to the exhibition press room.
Exhibition equipment hire
If you are only interested in a small stand at a particular show but don't want to spend a large sum on the stand building, we have exhibition equipment available for hire which includes all the stand equipment and lighting you would require. We would provide a free stand design based on the equipment we have available to best suit your requirements.
